- What is a Myntra BlinkDeal?
- A short flash coupon Myntra runs on its gold coin listings, usually for about ten minutes, with codes such as BLINKDEAL6 or BLINKDEAL8 that take a fixed percentage off the listed price. Myntra allows one coupon per order, and during a BlinkDeal that coupon is the deal itself.
- How do the boards decide if a gold coin is a good deal?
- Each piece's price after the store's coupon and offers is compared with the value of the gold in it, from its weight and purity at a reference gold rate you choose. You see what you pay, what the gold is worth, and the gap between them. Nothing is hidden – every piece stays on the list.
- Where does the gold rate come from?
- From Karat Board, which publishes the daily 22K and 24K gold rates of leading Indian jewellers. You can pick which jeweller's rate to compare against.
- Is BlinkDeal free? Do I need an account?
- Yes, it is free, and there is nothing to sign up for. Open a board, look, and buy on the store's own site if you choose to.
